The Petitioner is a lady teacher whose husband is also a teacher in a private organization in Aurangabad. She is employed with the Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad. Presently, she is at Fakirwadi, Tal.Kannad, which according to the Petitioner, is a hard area and is around 60 kms away from her husband'

s location. The representation dated 11.07.2023 has been tendered to the Zilla Parishad to consider the Petitioner'

s request for a transfer within 30 kms of her husband on the basis of couple convenience policy.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that the said application would be considered within 60 days. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. Needless to state, if the Petitioner'

s application is favourably considered, she shall be given the benefit, if feasible and practicable, from the academic year 2024-2025.
