The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking direction to the learned Sub-Divisional Officer to issue caste certificate in Form 'C' as contemplated under the Maharashtra Act No. XXIII of 2001. 2.

Considering the above, Writ Petition stands disposed off with direction to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Majalgaon, Dist. Beed to issue corrected tribe certificate in Form 'C' in favour of the Petitioner to be belonging to Koli-Mahadev Scheduled Tribe, within a period of one month from today, subject to Petitioner surrendering the original tribe certificate which is in incorrect form. We also make it clear that, if the earlier caste certificate of the Petitioner is surrendered before the Respondent/Sub-Divisional Officer, before issuing
