In the first Civil Application No.1592/2019, the applicant prays for listing Writ Petition No.281/2017 for final hearing, out of turn, considering the age of the parties and the final judgment delivered by the

*2* 915ca1592o19group Industrial Court.

In the second Civil Application No.4371/2019, the same applicant prays for a direction to the petitioner Bank to deposit the entire amount as assessed by the Industrial Court or modify the ad-interim order passed by this Court so that the applicant can proceed to recover the unpaid amounts.

The parties indicate that there have been rounds even to the Honourable Supreme Court. The challenge to the interlocutory orders passed by this Court has been negated by order dated 04.05.2017 by which, the Honourable Supreme Court has dismissed the Special Leave Petition filed by the Bank.

In view of the above, the first Civil Application No.1592/2019 is allowed. List the Writ Petition No.281/2017 for final hearing on 21.11.2019 along with the second Civil Application No.4371/2019. If the petition is not heard out of turn, the applicant is permitted to seek orders on the pending civil application.
