The Petitioner prays for a direction to the Respondents to decide her second appeal, out of turn, which was filed on 16.11.2023. 2.

The learned AGP submits that the Petitioner herself has stated in paragraph No.4(h) on page No.4 that the second appeals of the year 2020 are being decided.
