O R D E R

The present Appeals are placed before us in today's Lok-Adalat by consent of the parties.

Parties and their respective Advocates are present. The Appeals are compromised between the parties in Terms of Compromise, which is marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification.

The First Appeals are disposed off in Terms of Compromise ('X'). 4.
The Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of compensation awarded by MACT, Beed within a period of six weeks from today in terms of compromise before the Tribunal.
5.
The Claimants are entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation in terms of Award passed by the Tribunal and learned Member, MACT, Beed to pass necessary orders to that effect at the earliest.
6.
The Chairman/Member, MACT, Beed shall adjust the statutory amount and amount if any withdrawn earlier in the amount of compensation and thereafter take necessary steps for making the payment. 7.
The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.
