The learned Advocate for the Petitioners in Writ Petition No.9278 of 2015, is apologetic that she has wrongly typed the name of Ramsing Gotiram Kudhale as Ramkisan Gotiram Kudhale, at Serial No.2 in the array of Petitioners. 2.

In view of the said submission, liberty to correct the name in the Petition within one week. After such correction is carried out, appropriate correction be made in the name in Writ Petition No.9278 of 2015 set out in the order dated 08.08.2016.

Consequentially, we permit withdrawal of the amount by Ramsing Gotiram Kudhale, who can move an application through the learned Advocate along with a copy of the Election Voters' ID card (self attested).
