Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will approach the Civil Court.

Mr.Navandar, learned counsel objects for continuation of interim relief and submits that since three months, the petitioners were

Considering the fact that on 12.12.2017, this Court had protected the petitioner, we continue the protection for seven (7) more days, so as to enable the petitioners to avail the other remedy that may be permissible in law.

Needless to say on lapse of seven (7) days, the protection shall come to an end.

All contentions of respective parties are kept open.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
