The applicants-petitioners pray for recalling the order of the learned Registrar dated 02.12.2019 by which, the petition was refused registration for non-removal of offce objections. This civil application is fled within limitation.

I have heard learned AGP appearing on behalf of respondents No. 1 and 2.

The petition was at a pre-registration stage and this civil application has been fled within limitation.

In view of the above, civil application is allowed on the following conditions :- A) All offce objections in the writ petition shall be removed on or before 10.01.2020, failing which, the order of the learned Registrar dated 02.12.2019 shall stand restored.

B) If the above direction is complied with, the writ petition be registered and be listed in the "Urgent Admission" category on 22.01.2020.
