We have heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. The grievance of petitioners is that, the election to the post of Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Pimpriling is not been conducted, though post has become vacant.

In case, there is no prohibitory order from any Court, then the respondents shall take steps to conduct the election for the post of Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Pimpriling, expeditiously. The process shall be started within a month. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
