The applicants, being the legal representatives of the original appellant - Bhimrao, have moved this application seeking condonation of a delay of 389 days caused in filing the application to bring their names on record, as legal representatives of the deceased - Bhimrao, and permit them to bring their names on record, to which the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have given no objection.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application and the no objection of the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c) and the delay Shrikant Malani

The amendment is to be carried out accordingly within two weeks from today.

Upon carrying out the amendment, the amended memo of appeal shall be supplied to the respondents within one week thereafter, failing which the appeal shall stand abated without further reference to the Court.
