These are the applications for either seeking apportionment in the amount of compensation by becoming party to the appeal. I have heard the learned advocate Mr. Gite, learned advocate Mr. Kale and perused the papers.

The original claimant and these applicants are apparently the brothers enter se and have amicably settled the dispute amongst them in the form of a compromised decree passed in Special Civil Suit No.281/2004 from the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalgaon dated 07.11.2009. There is a reference in this compromise decree to the compensation to be received in these land acquisition proceedings. In view of the arrangement made by the parties to the compromise as far as the apportionment is concerned, it would be just and proper to allow the apportionment to be done strictly in accordance with that compromise. The applications are accordingly disposed of.

The learned advocate Mr. Kale submits that he will file Vakalatnama in whatever matter there is objection raised by the office during the course of the day. List all these matters on 09.12.2019 if the Vakalatnama is filed.
