Heard Mrs. Anjali Dube, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant-husband. None appears for the respondent-wife. 2.

By the present application, the applicant-husband, original Petitioner prayed for stay to the judgment and decree dated 01.11.2018, passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division Shrigonda in HMP No. 92 of 2014 and Judgement and order dated 12.10.2023 passed by the learned District Judge-1 Shrigonda in RCA No. 100 of 2019, thereby dismissed the petition for divorce under section 13(1)9ia)9b) of the Hindu Marriage Act. 3.

Since there is no question of execution of decree, I am not inclined to grant stay to the said judgment and decree. The civil application is accordingly rejected.
