The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the proposal seeking approval for appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher is pending with respondent No.2-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur, since August, 2018. 2.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher (Page No. 20) is pending with respondent No.2, then the respondent No.2 shall decide it in accordance with law expeditiously, and preferably within a period of six months.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
