Mr.Chavan, learned counsel submits that subsequently the Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation) has issued letter on 19.1.2018, admitting the mistake and has further stated that in the PAP certificate it should be deemed that House Nos.25 and 26 are acquired.

The petitioner may produce the said letter with the Respondents. The Respondents shall consider the letter produced by the petitioner regarding clarification given by the Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation) to the PAP certificate issued and shall take decision afresh within two (2) months.
