Heard learned advocates for the parties.

Learned advocate for the petitioners, having regard to various aspects involved in the matter, on instructions, submits that petitioner No. 2 has no particular objection if pension proposal is prepared and submitted in the name of petitioner No.1. Learned advocate also refers to that an affidavit has been filed by petitioner No. 2 to that effect.

Looking at aforesaid, it would be expedient that a proper application is submitted by petitioner No.1 requesting the

{2} wp14798-19 concerned office to prepare and forward proposal for pension as indicated in the affidavit in reply filed on behalf of respondent No. 2 - Accountant General (A&E) - II, Maharashtra, Nagpur and in accord with its letter dated 10th February, 2020. 4.

Upon such request being made on behalf of petitioner No. 1, the same be processed expeditiously preferably within a period of three months.

Writ petition, accordingly is disposed of.
