The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that their Caste Certificate Validation Proceedings are pending before the Scrutiny Committee-respondent. Uncle, brother and cousin of the petitioners have been issued with the Caste Validity Certificate under the orders of this Court.

The learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader accepts the notice for the respondent-Scrutiny Committee.

As the Caste Validation Proceedings are pending before the Scrutiny Committee, the Committee is bound to consider the judgments delivered by this Court in the cases of the near relatives of the petitioners. The petitioners shall point out those judgments before the Committee.

The learned Counsel submits that after completion of the vigilance enquiry, the petitioner has filed say and and the hearing will also be concluded.

In the light of the above, the Committee shall decide the claim expeditiously, preferably, within a period of one month. 6.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
