The petitioner seeks police protection to construct the compound wall. It appears that the petitioner did not apply to the concerned police station. The Police Inspector, Gangapur communicated the Tahsildar under letter dated 05.08.2019 that if the petitioner seeks permission, the petitioner should apply by paying requisite fee. 2.

Considering the above, the petitioner may apply to the concerned Police Station and if such application is received, the concerned Police Station shall take decision on its own merits, in accordance with law and procedure, preferably within one moth from the date of receipt of the application.
