This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 2606 days in filing the appeal, claiming the enhancement of compensation amount awarded by the Reverence Court. 3.

Learned AGP for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2-State as well as learned counsel for respondent No. 3 have opposed this application.

It is submitted that the connected matters are settled in the Lok Adalat. Besides that on merits of this application, it is contended that due to illiteracy and poverty of the applicants, they

For the forgoing reasons, set out in the civil application, it stands allowed. The delay is condoned with rider that the applicants are not entitled for interest or any statutory benefits for the delayed period.
