This is an application for permission to withdraw the remaining amount deposited by the appellant-Insurance Company. 3.

Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that this Court by judgment and order dated 14.11.2025 partly allowed First Appeal No.4253 of 2023. In view of the same, he prayed for permission to withdraw the remaining amount deposited by the appellant-Insurance Company.

Considering the prayer of the applicant, the application deserves to be allowed. The application is allowed accordingly in
