Heard the learned counsel for Applicants. However, none present for Respondent No.1 / original Petitioner in the writ petition though copy is served. Though the writ petition is filed in the year 2015, this Court has not granted any interim relief. The learned counsel for the Applicants submits that the Respondent authorities are not executing the order for the reason that the writ petition is pending before this Court.
