The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the applications fled by the petitioners for grant of additional increments on account of excellent/outstanding work, pursuant to their Annual Confdential Reports, are not yet decided by the Respondent No.5 and same are pending.
Mr.Chate, learned Counsel, appears for Respondents No.5 & 6 and submits that Respondent No.5 would take decision upon the applications fled by the petitioners on its own merits. In case the applications fled by the petitioners for grant of additional increments are pending with the Chief Executive Ofcer, Zilla Parishad, Beed, then the Chief Executive Ofcer shall consider the same as per Circular dated 14.12.2rr6 expeditiously, preferably within three months.
