Mr. Bondar, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 raises preliminary objection that, the petitioner has got remedy of filing appeal under Rule 14(1)(e) of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad (Discipline and Appeal) Rules.

In view of the above, though Mr. Sanap, the learned advocate for the petitioner sought to canvas submissions on merits of the matter, we are not inclined to consider the same.
