The only grievance is that the proposal dated 25.06.2021, seeking approval to the transfer of the Petitioner from the un-aided division to the aided division, is pending before Respondent No.3. 2.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.3 to scrupulously follow Rule 41-A of the MEPS Rules, 1981 and decide the pending proposal within a period of 60 days from today.
