During the course of hearing it is transpired that victim is missing. Learned advocate for applicant was asked to take instructions whether applicant is with his family. Upon taking instructions, learned advocate for applicant makes a statement that he is also not with his family and he is missing. He therefore seeks permission to withdraw the application. 2.

Permission granted. Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
