Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Perusal of the order shows that, by order dated 8.8.2016, the applicant was permitted to file certain additional documents within stipulated period. The submission is, due to inadvertence, the documents could not be placed on record and the delay caused is for purely unintentional and for bonafide reasons. In view of these grounds stated in the application, as well as the submissions of the learned counsel, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of accordingly. (R.G.
