The proposal from the petitioner is not accepted by the committee on the ground that the tribe certificate is not issued in Form - C.

The petitioner may approach the Sub Divisional Officer, Jalgaon. On application being received from the petitioner, the Sub Divisional Officer Jalgaon within 15 days shall issue the tribe certificate to the petitioner in Form - C. 3.

After receipt of the tribe certificate in Form - C the

2 wp 14944.17 petitioner may submit the proposal to the committee. The committee shall accept the proposal and if it is complete in all respects, then decide it on its own merits, expeditiously. 4.
