This is an application seeking enhancement of compensation awarded in Land Acquisition Reference. The applicants are poor agriculturists, who have been turned into labourers after acquisition of the land. On account of illiteracy and poverty they could not fle appeal for enhancement as early and seeks for condonation of delay.
