Though the respondent No. 3 is served, none appears for the respondent No. 3. It is submitted that, validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending and the respondent No. 3 is taking coercive steps.

The respondent Nos. 2/Committee shall decide the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 12.03.2019. Till the proceedings are decided by the Committee, the respondent No. 3 shall not take any coercive action against

2 wp 14298.18 the petitioner only on the ground that tribe claim is pending. However, the respondent No. 3 can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in validation proceeding. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
