It is submitted that, after filing of the present writ petition the corrected staff proposal has been sanctioned. 2.

Ms Ansari, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner would submit the proposal for grant of approval of the candidate appointed by the petitioner within a period of one week.

On receipt of the proposal from the petitioner seeking approval to the appointment of their candidate, the Education Officer

2 Sr84WP15041.2017 shall decide the said proposal on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the proposal.
