Mr Choudhari, learned Advocate for applicant has filed this civil application in First Appeal No.846/2004. This application is accepted and the same be registered.

This application is for extension of time to deposit the amount as directed by this Court vide order dated 04/08/2025. This Court, on 04/08/2025 had directed the amount of total compensation of Rs.1,25,000/- to be deposited by Insurance companies in this Court, out of which Rs.80,000/- were already deposited and the remaining amount of Rs.45,000/- to be deposited within a period of eight weeks. 3.

Learned Advocate for applicant contends that, earlier applicant/Insurance company was represented by learned Advocate

13592.25ca (2) who has been elevated as Judge of this Court. Therefore, delay of eight weeks is caused in depositing the said remaining amount. According to him, period of eight weeks came to end on 29/09/2025. He further states that Demand Draft of remaining amount alongwith interest, is ready and he is willing to deposit the same, if this Court extends the time for depositing the same.

In view of the above, time of one week is granted to deposit the remaining amount as directed by this Court vide order dated 04/08/2025.
