PER COURT :- Learned AGP accepts notices for respondent Nos.1 to 4. The petitioners are the employees of non-teaching staff of the Ashram School, under the Social Welfare Department. They belong to Group 'C' and 'D' cadre. The petitioners claim ACPs benefits.

The issue about entitlement of ACPs benefits of the Group 'C' and 'D' employees under the Social Welfare Department is no more res-integra. It has been held that such employees are entitled for ACPs benefits. In the light of above, we pass the following order: Respondents shall verify the claim of the petitioners and if found eligible, shall accord the benefits of ACPs to them within six months.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
