Learned Advocate for respondents No. 2 and 3 submits that an amount of Rs. 4,73,162/- is already paid to the petitioner. Petitioner confirms the said position.

He further submits that the proposal for the interest on the said amount is already forwarded to the Government and after sanction of the Government and receipt of the amount of interest, the same shall be paid to the petitioner. The Government shall expeditiously sanction the funds for payment of interest to the petitioner.

In view of the above, the contempt petition is disposed of.
