A limited prayer in the petition is to direct Respondent No.2Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within stipulated period as the petitioner is taken education in 12th standard and she is desirous of taking admission to the professional course and such certificate is therefore would be required in near future. 3.

Considering the above, this Court find that this petition can be allowed. Hence, the following order :-

O R D E R

(i) Writ Petition stands allowed.

(ii) Respondent No.2-Committee is directed to decide the caste Narwade/

958-wp-14876-2025.odt claim of the petitioner pending with it within a period of eight (8) months from today.
