This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. Sagar P. Mahale h/f. Mr. K.N. Shermale, Advocate is present for the appellant. Mr. S.R. Bagal, Advocate is present for respondent No.2. Mr.R.K. Saitwal, Asstt. Manager is present for United India Insurance Co. Ltd. 02.

The learned Advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identification.

The appeal is disposed off in the terms of compromise terms ("X").

The insurance company agreed to deposit additional compensation of Rs.1,45,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Forty Five Thousand) in addition to award passed by the MACT, Sangamner within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of award, before the Tribunal. 05.

The appellant/original claimant is entitled to withdraw amount of compensation in terms of award passed by the MACT, Sangamner. 06.

The Chairman/Member, MACT, Sangamner be informed accordingly.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.
