The applicant has filed this application seeking condonation of delay of 423 days caused in filing the appeal challenging the order dated 09-07-2018 passed by MACT, Sangamner.

Since the appellants are the original claimants and for the reasons stated in the application the application needs to be allowed and delay needs to be condoned.
