By the present petitions, the petitioners challenge the impugned order dated 02/12/2025 passed in Revision Application No.16 of 2025. The parties are ad idem that the petitioners herein were not parties to the said proceedings, and therefore the impugned order deserves to be set aside and the matter remitted for a fresh hearing before the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nanded. The respondents submit that they will implead the petitioners in the revision proceedings. The petitioners are parties to Change Report Nos. 596/2024, 597/2024 and 598/2024, relating to the same period, Page 1 of (This is the corrected order in view of the Speaking to the Minutes taken on 15/12/2025.)

942, 944 WP 14969-2025 (corrected) and therefore the Joint Charity Commissioner shall take into consideration all the change reports together, hear all concerned parties, and thereafter pass an appropriate order. The respondents reiterate that they will implead the petitioners in the revision petition.

Impugned order is quashed and set aside. All contentions are kept open.

The parties agree to appear before the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nanded, on 22/12/2025, so as to enable the Joint Charity Commissioner to fix further dates in the matter. The Joint Charity Commissioner, Nanded, shall decide the proceedings as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within two months thereafter. The parties further agree that they shall not seek unnecessary adjournments.
