Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner would take appropriate steps in view of the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court, passed in Writ Petition No.9292 of 2011. 2.
