PER COURT :- Learned AGP accepts notices for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3. Learned Advocate Mr. Auti submits that the proposal was forwarded on 6.6.2016 by the Head Master, seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher. Under letter dated 1.7.2016, the Education Officer communicated the deficiencies. On 14.7.2016, the Head Master communicated the removal of the deficiencies. However, as yet, the proposal is not decided.

In case the proposal sent by the Head Master, seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner, as an Assistant Teacher is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide it on its own merit, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within four months from today. The writ petition is disposed of.
