The litigating parties have participated in the mediation and the learned Mediator has tendered a report dated 04/02/2021 declaring that the mediation is successful on the basis of the compromise terms which are appended to the mediation report. We are, therefore, taking on record the mediation report alongwith the terms of compromise (6 pages) duly verified by the litigating sides and identified by the learned Advocates for the parties. The same is marked as "X-1" collectively for identification. 2.

The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that Shri P.D.Pawar, learned Advocate for respondent No.2 has informed him that since he has just recovered from Covid-19, his consent may be conveyed to the Court. khs/Apr.2021/4024-d

In view of the above, both these criminal applications are allowed in terms of "X-1" and the FIR bearing No.238/2019 dated 13/07/2019 registered with the Parola Police Station, is quashed and set aside. Consequentially, the charge sheet No.118/2019 also stands quashed and set aside.
