The applicant prays for modification of the order dated 21/11/2017 passed by this Court by which the Tahsildar, Parbhani was directed to execute the revenue recovery certificate issued by this Court for recovering an amount of Rs.23,250/-. 2.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed on the following conditions ;

[a] The applicant shall deposit Rs.23,250/- with the Registry of this Court on or before 22/12/2017 as is suggested by the applicant / petitioner.

[b] An amount of Rs.750/- shall be deposited as costs with Advocate Associations' Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad on khs/DEC. 2017/15019-d

or before 22/12/2017.

[c] If the above conditions are complied with, only then the order of this Court dated 21/11/2017 shall stand recalled. [d] Failure to comply with the above directions will result in the restoration of the order dated 21/11/2017.
