The learned counsel of the petitioner submits that, except prayer clause 'A', he does not press other prayer clauses. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

The validation proceeding is pending for more than one year. Considering the above and the fact that the petitioner is a student, the respondent No. 3 shall decide the validation proceeding (tribe claim) of the petitioner on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months
