The grievance is that the petitioner has been issued the tribe certificate with incorrect nomenclature. The petitioner has applied for giving the corrected tribe certificate on 23rd September 2012.

The petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate with incorrect nomenclature to respondent No.4 - the SubDivisional Officer, Omerga. The Sub-Divisional Officer, after verifying the genuineness of the said certificate shall issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner, within two weeks. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
