State has been filed the present application for getting delay of 1478 days condoned in filing First Appeal. The respondent is objecting to the application strongly on the ground that the delay is huge and inordinate and it has not been properly explained. 2.
Paragraph No.2, some part of paragraph Nos.3 and 4 give reasons and steps those were taken by the Government. Taking into consideration those steps as well as reasons, liberal approach is taken, delay stands condoned.

Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.

Registry to verify and register the First appeals and place it for further consideration on 19082019.

However, the learned AGP makes a statement that he would see that the amount would be deposited within six weeks in this Court. Though as per the order passed by this Court on 15022019 that period to deposit the amount has already lapsed. Under such circumstance, it can be taken that the appellant/applicant would take positive steps to deposit the amount.
