Prayer in the petition is that direction be issued to Respondent No.1 to direct Respondent No.2 to lodge a criminal complaint against Respondent No.3 in the Police Station of Respondent No.4.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner invited our attention to Exhibit-A of this petition. In that also request is made to the Executive Engineer, World Bank Project, Ahmednagar that steps be taken to register a criminal offence. However, which offence is committed under

2 Cr.wp 1970.2019 which Section; is not mentioned in Exhibit-A nor in the prayer clause of this petition. The prayer is quite vague.

Even during course of arguments, it was not pointed out to us as to which cognizable offence is made out. Therefore, we are not entertaining this petition. If the Petitioner has any other remedy, it is open for him to avail that remedy in accordance with law. With these observations, Writ Petition is disposed of.
