Mr. Gunale, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are now absorbed. However, the petitioners are not getting regular salary only because the Last Pay Certificates are not given by the Education Officer, Latur.

The Education Officer, Latur shall give the Last Pay Certificates of the petitioners within fifteen (15) days. 3.

Contempt Petitions are accordingly stand disposed of. No costs.
