Mr. Gunale, learned counsel submits that the petitioner was suspended.

The report was submitted that decision would be taken as per the decision in the criminal case. The petitioner is not being reinstated nor being paid. The petitioner has given representation to the Divisional

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case the representation [Exh. D] given by the petitioner is pending with the Divisional Commissioner, then he shall take decision upon it on its own merit expeditiously, preferably within four months from the date of this order.
