By this Petition, the Petitioner has prayed that Respondent No.2 Tahsildar, Ambad, should be restrained from proceeding to decide pending proceedings before him on account of several reasons set out in the pleadings. When this matter was heard on 12.12.2023, it was noticed that the date of hearing before the Tahsildar was 07.12.2023. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner had no idea as to at what stage the proceeding is as on 07.12.2023.

Today, the learned AGP submits on instructions that the concerned authority has delivered a verdict on 08.12.2023, after hearing the oral arguments of the parties on 07.12.2023 and on perusing the written submissions. A copy of the order has been handed over to the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. 3.
The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner desires to challenge the said order before the competent higher authority.
