Issue notice to respondents. The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 2.

Mr. Dhoble, the learned advocate for petitioners submits that, time and again proposals are submitted by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Parbhani for regularizing the services of the employees appointed on daily wages. The names of the petitioners find place in the list forwarded by the Commissioner to the State. However, no decision has been taken

It appears that, the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Parbhani has forwarded the proposals for regularization to the respondent No. 3. The proposals will have to be decided by the respondent No. 1.

In case proposals are not forwarded to the respondent No. 1 by the respondent No. 3, then the respondent No. 3 shall forward said proposals through proper chanel to the respondent No. 1 within a period of four (04) months from today. On receipt of the proposals, the respondent No. 1 shall take decision on the proposals of the Municipal Corporation seeking regularization of the services of the persons appointed on daily wages (Exhibit - D dated 20.05.2011) on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (09) months from the date of receipt of proposals. The writ petitions accordingly are disposed of. No costs.
