PER COURT:- 1.

The present writ petition is an abuse of the process of Court. The petitioner is transferred from unaided to aided division with effect from 01.12.2019. The proposal is submitted by the Management on 03.12.2019 and the petition is filed on 04.12.2019 seeking direction against respondents.

In case, within reasonable time if respondents do not take action, we can expect the parties to approach this Court seeking direction, but not in the matters wherein within a day or two directions are sought against the Authorities to decide the proceedings.

(2) 8-wp-14832-2019 3.

In view of that, we are not inclined to pass any order in the present writ petition. It is only if within reasonable time the Authority does not take any decision, then parties can approach this Court.

Writ Petition is dismissed with costs.
