Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. 2.

This court expressed that since the order impugned in the petition is the order of interim maintenance and therefore court would not entertain the same, the learned advocate for the petitioner sought leave to withdraw the petition on instructions. Only a request is made to the court to expedite the matter since the original matter is pending since 2015.

This petition is against the order of dismissing the

(2) criwp1975.19 appeal of the petitioner-husband by the judgment and order dated 30-09-2019. The JMFC, Ahmedpur by way of interim order dated 12-01-2017 directed to the husband to pay Rs. 12,000/- per month to the wife and Rs.8,000/- to the daughter. Since the order is only in respect of payment of interim maintenance and main proceeding is still pending this court finds that no interference is called for in the impugned orders. However, looking to the fact that the proceeding is pending since 2015 the learned JMFC, Ahmedpur is requested to decide Criminal Misc. Application No.213/2015 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today.

With this, the criminal writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn.
